Bought Our Forever Home
Jennifer was great to work with when it came to finding our forever home. She was very patient and understood that we were not in a rush, and worked with us for the better part of a year to make sure we got the home and property that we wanted in our forever home. She worked with us to sell our old home as well. She gave us input on some improvements on how to make it more marketable and get us the asking price that we wanted. In both buying and selling I don't have any doubt that we got the best deal possible. Jennifer also goes above and beyond, she offered to help with any work that was needed on our old house when a family emergency delayed us getting it on the market. She also continues to answer our calls when we have questions or need recommendations. You really can't ask for anything more in a realtor!

While we ultimately went with another realtor so we could live on the Virginia side, we loved working with Jen. She spent a lot of time choosing beautiful houses and neighborhoods for us and really took the time to listen to the things we wanted and were worried about. She made us feel like it was okay that so many things about real estate and mortgages confused us because she was so competent and knew what was going on. She helped us think through things we hadn't even considered. Our only complaint was that she didn't have a Virginia license, but even we we chose to live in Virginia, she stayed engaged and even went to showings that we were unable to attend in person due to living in Colorado. She made buying real estate from a distance far less stressful than I anticipated and I would recommend her in a heartbeat!
